Delicious, easy Gazpacho
Here’s a quick and delicious summer-time recipe for Gazpacho. Mix equal parts of:
Mr. & Mrs. T’s Bloody Mary Mix (or your favorite label)
Chunky Salsa Mix
That’s it! Combine the ingredients in a large plastic pitcher and stir well. Keep mixture in the refrigerator. When ready to serve, I like to add some additional chopped veggies to my bowl – avocado, cucumber, celery, and a few croutons. This soup is best if made the day before, and it is healthy and delicious!!!
