Area wide Farmer’s Markets

One of my absolute favorite things to do is go to a farmer’s market. I love to see all the produce and other homemade goods they sell like honey and assorted jellies. I always seem to end up at one when I don’t have a lot of cash on me. Note to self: I need to get better about this. Anyway, if you have lived in the Austin area for awhile you know that farmer’s markets are popular places. Austin residents take great pride in supporting our local area farmers. The produce is fresher than anything you can get at any store and most always it is organic. We know it is hard work to plant, tend, harvest and bring to market all the wonderful fresh produce.
